Personal Data Protection (KVKK) Clarification Text

Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“LPPD”), this clarification text Kubika Media Performance Marketing & Social Media Manager to determine the procedures and principles regarding the processing of your personal data by the Company.

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Data: Your personal data is processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law in order to carry out our digital marketing activities, customer relationship management, strategic analysis and fulfillment of legal obligations.

2. Transfer of Personal Data: Your processed personal data may be shared with our legally authorized public institutions and service providers within the framework of the data transfer conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

3. Your Rights as a Data Subject: Pursuant to Article 11 of the LPPD; you have the right to learn whether your data has been processed, to request information if it has been processed, to request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and to request deletion of your data.
